The item in question is a kitchen faucet with a list price of $389.34. The product has a lifetime warranty which covers function for the lifetime of the product.

The product failed after 4 months of normal use due to a faulty seal. Upon calling the company, I was told I would received a replacement part with 7-10 business days. However, the wrong part was shipped. Upon a repeated call, I was told the replacement part would not be in stock for 2-3 weeks.

After 3 weeks with no contact from the company, I returned a call and was told the part would ship immediately and would be received with 7-10 days. After over a week, I contacted the company again and was told the part had not shipped, but it would be shipped immediately. I still did not receive the part after a protracted time. Upon contacting the company again, I was told the part still had not shipped and the customer representative did not know why.

I was told the part would be expedited to me immediately.

After a week of still not receiving the part, I tried contacting the company and they stopped answering my complaints. The faucet is unusable in its current state and has been so since the gasket failed.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $389.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Pfister Cons: Flawed product, No one takes responsibility.
